Job summary

Ferrovial Services Australia is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead the digital construction platform strategy for large-scale projects, coordinating with the DC/DM Reporting Integration Manager. You will own end-to-end data workflows, standardize processes in Procore, and mentor a team across Procore, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in civil/heavy-construction project environments.
• Procore Administration certification or strong Procore experience.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procore administration, analytics/dashboards, and process automation.
• Coordinate platform strategy with the Reporting Integration Manager.
• Develop team skills in Procore, Power BI, and Power Automate and support onboarding.
• Translate department processes into digital workflows and ensure adoption.
