Job summary

AYVA Packaging, an Australian-owned manufacturer, is seeking experienced Production/Process Operators for our Wetherill Park team. You will be responsible for operating production machinery and ensuring products meet high quality and efficiency standards during night shifts.

Key duties include machinery setup, process issue resolution, accurate production records, and close collaboration with shift leaders.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking experienced Production/Process Operators to join our Wetherill Park team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating production machinery
• Identifying and resolving process issues
• Maintaining accurate production records
• Working closely with shift leaders and team members
• Manual handling (up to 15kg) and pallet trolley operation

We have a NIGHT SHIFT role available 11 PM to 7:30 AM Sunday to Thursday
