Ayva Packaging Pty is seeking a motivated Junior Project & Automation Technician to join our Operations team in Wetherill Park. You will support exciting projects involving new machinery, automation systems, robotics and continuous improvement initiatives, working directly with the Project & Technical Manager.

No university degree is required; we value attitude, mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

AYVA Packaging is looking for a motivated Junior Project & Automation Technician to join our growing Operations team in Wetherill Park.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing, engineering, automation or project management. You'll work directly with our Project & Technical Manager, supporting exciting projects involving new machinery, automation systems, product development, robotics and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

You will assist with:

• Machinery installations and commissioning projects

• Working alongside experienced technical specialists and external suppliers
