AYVA Packaging, an Australian-owned manufacturer, is seeking experienced Production/Process Operators for our Wetherill Park team. You will be responsible for operating production machinery and ensuring products meet high quality and efficiency standards during night shifts.

Key duties include machinery setup, process issue resolution, accurate production records, and close collaboration with shift leaders.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to safety protocols.
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced production setting.
• Reliable with punctual attendance.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate production machinery.
• Identify and resolve process issues.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Collaborate with shift leaders and team members.
• Manual handling (up to 15kg) and pallet trolley operation.
