Bread Solutions is seeking a Process Worker for our Dandenong South bakery on a full-time night shift. You'll be hands-on across production and packaging, turning ingredients into products enjoyed across Australia.

This 12-hour night schedule runs 6:00pm–6:00am with a 7-shift roster per fortnight and a 3-day weekend every second week. You’ll gain experience with diverse machinery, food safety standards, and a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience working with live product such as dough or other active ingredients.
• Ability to stay focused and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of HACCP, GMP and QCP requirements.
• Confidence using iPads or other digital tools for data entry.
• Willingness to follow instructions and support teammates.

THE DETAILS

• Employment type: Full-time
• Roster: 7 shifts per fortnight
• Hours: Night shift, 6:00pm to 6:00am
• Weekends: You'll need to be available every second weekend

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Process Worker, you'll be hands-on in the heart of our bakery, helping turn quality ingredients into products people across Australia enjoy every day. No two nights are exactly the same. You'll work across different areas of production and packaging, pick up new skills on a range of machines, and be part of a team that looks out for each other.

This is an active, physically demanding role. You'll be on your feet, lifting and moving throughout 12-hour shifts, so you'll need good fitness and stamina.
