Job summary

Bread Solutions in Braeside, VIC is seeking a Process Worker for a full-time day shift. You will support production across the factory, operate machinery, handle manual tasks and uphold strict food-safety standards.

The role runs 6:00am–6:00pm, 7 shifts per fortnight with a 3-day weekend every second week, including weekends as required. Ideal candidates have experience in food manufacturing, handling live dough products, and a good grasp of HACCP/GMP/QCP.

Process Worker | Braeside | Full-Time Day Shift

Work 7 days a fortnight on day shift and enjoy a 3-day weekend every second week.

THE DETAILS

• Employment type: Full-time
• Roster: 7 shifts per fortnight
• Hours: Day shift, 6:00am to 6:00pm
• Weekends: You'll need to be available every second weekend

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Process Worker, you'll be hands‑on in the heart of our bakery, helping turn quality ingredients into products people across Australia enjoy every day. No two days are exactly the same. You'll work across different areas of production and packaging, pick up new skills on a range of machines, and be part of a team that looks out for each other.
