Job summary

Bread Solutions in Braeside is seeking a Process Worker for a full-time morning shift. You’ll contribute to baking production, operate and support various machines, handle ingredients and keep the factory floor clean and safe.

Ideal candidates bring experience in food manufacturing, ability to work quickly and accurately, and a good grasp of HACCP/GMP/QCP. You’ll join a supportive team that values reliability, safety and growth within the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Process Worker, you'll be hands-on in the heart of our bakery, helping turn quality ingredients into products people across Australia enjoy every day. No two days are exactly the same. You'll work across different areas of production and packaging, pick up new skills on a range of machines, and be part of a team that looks out for each other.
