Talent Acquisition Group has partnered with a diverse Australian food manufacturer to recruit food process workers for Springwood, QLD 4127. Roles run Monday to Friday with day, afternoon and night shifts and immediate starts available.

In this hands-on position you will assist on production lines in a bakery setting, pack and sort baked goods, monitor quality, operate basic equipment, and help maintain hygiene and safety standards while supporting a collaborative team to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production, manufacturing, or bakery environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace.
• Unrestricted working rights.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screening.
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.

Talent Acquisition Group has partnered with one of Australia’s one of most diverse food manufacturing companies and is currently seeking to employ food process workers in Springwood, 4127 QLD.

These roles are across Monday to Friday with day, afternoon and night shift available. We have immediate starts available.
