Job summary

Bread Solutions in Braeside, VIC is seeking a Process Worker for a full-time day shift. You will support production across the factory, operate machinery, handle manual tasks and uphold strict food-safety standards.

The role runs 6:00am–6:00pm, 7 shifts per fortnight with a 3-day weekend every second week, including weekends as required. Ideal candidates have experience in food manufacturing, handling live dough products, and a good grasp of HACCP/GMP/QCP.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing
• Experience working with live product such as dough or other active ingredients
• Ability to stay focused and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and QCP requirements
• Confidence using iPads or other digital tools for data entry
• Willingness to follow instructions and support teammates

Responsibilities

• Supporting production across different areas of the factory floor
• Operating and assisting with machinery in various departments
• Carrying out manual handling tasks
• Keeping food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards high at all times (including BRC, HACCP, GMP and the Bread Solutions Food Safety Program)
