Job summary

Bread Solutions is seeking a Process Worker for our Dandenong South bakery on a full-time night shift. You'll be hands-on across production and packaging, turning ingredients into products enjoyed across Australia.

This 12-hour night schedule runs 6:00pm–6:00am with a 7-shift roster per fortnight and a 3-day weekend every second week. You’ll gain experience with diverse machinery, food safety standards, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience working with live product such as dough or other active ingredients.
• Ability to stay focused and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of HACCP, GMP and QCP requirements.
• Confidence using iPads or other digital tools for data entry.
• Willingness to follow instructions and support teammates.

Responsibilities

• Supporting production across different areas of the factory floor.
• Operating and assisting with machinery in various departments.
• Carrying out manual handling tasks.
• Keeping food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards high at all times (including BRC, HACCP, GMP and the Bread Solutions Food Safety Program).
