Job summary

TAG recruitment has partnered with a diverse food manufacturing company in Ermington and is seeking food process workers for casual ongoing roles. You will work across day, afternoon, and night shifts, with base pay of 33.05 AUD per hour plus loading and penalties per the EA/Award rates.

Forklift licence holders may be considered for roles. These roles offer ongoing hours with weekly pay and immediate starts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production, manufacturing, or bakery environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace.
• Unrestricted working rights.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screening.
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist in the production and packaging of bread and bakery products.
• Follow food safety, GMP, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.

Hours to expect :06:00am 2:00pm
09:00am- 5:00pm
1:30pm- 9:30pm
2:00pm- 10:00pm
11:00pm- 03:00am

TAG recruitment has partnered with one of Australia’s one of most diverse food manufacturing companies and is currently seeking to employ food process workers in Ermington.

These roles are across Monday to Friday with day, afternoon and night shift available. We have immediate starts available.

About the role:

• Assisting on production lines within a bakery setting
• Packing, sorting, and preparing baked goods for distribution
• Monitoring product quality and consistency
• Operating basic bakery or production equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety requirements
• Manual handling and repetitive tasks
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

To be successful for the role you will require the below:
