Concentis in Northwest Queensland seeks an experienced operational leader to oversee copper SX/EW processing across multiple assets. This frontline role focuses on safe, reliable production, process guidance, and continuous improvement, with a 2/2 roster and close collaboration with site leadership and metallurgical teams.

You will join a tier-1 mining client operating multiple copper processing assets across Northwest Queensland, with a strong focus on SX/EW performance. In this operational leadership role, you will provide frontline process supervision, technical guidance, and operational support to drive safe, reliable production outcomes and ongoing process improvement across the circuit.
Working on a 2/2 roster, you will supervise multidisciplinary teams across metallurgical and production functions, ensuring daily processing activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with operational targets. You will work closely with site leadership, metallurgical teams, and operational stakeholders to monitor plant performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support stable production across multiple assets.
This is an influential operational role where your expertise in copper processing and hydrometallurgical systems will contribute directly to plant reliability, team capability, and continuous improvement outcomes.
