Job summary

Gold Fields is seeking a Process Shift Supervisor at our Gruyere operation on an 8:6/7:7 FIFO roster from Perth. You will lead a capable crew, foster teamwork and safety, and drive consistent production outcomes.

Reporting to the Processing Coordinator, you will monitor progress, identify improvement opportunities, support change initiatives, and coordinate planning with Metallurgists, maintenance, budgets and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a mineral processing environment.
• Hands-on approach with sound mechanical aptitudes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate, support and develop your teams.
• Genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvements.
• Experience using SAP/AMT and MS Office is advantageous.
• Current WA Driver’s Licence.

• A current WA Driver’s Licence.
