Job summary

29Metals is seeking a Process Operator at Golden Grove, WA, to support zinc, lead, and copper concentrate production on a 2:2 roster (day and night). You will report to the Mill Production Supervisor and contribute to efficient plant operation.

Ideal candidates have mineral processing experience, exposure to crushing/grinding/flotation/dewatering, basic computer skills, and a manual C-class licence. Opportunity for long-term employment and career development.

About the Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Process Operator to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Mill Production Supervisor and work on a 2:2 roster (day and night shift). Your focus will be on supporting the production of zinc, lead, and copper concentrates, ensuring compliance with operating strategies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Operating plant and equipment efficiently to meet production targets and operational goals.
• Performing routine clean-up duties to ensure plant equipment is safe and properly maintained.
• Ensuring that hazards and sources of loss are identified, evaluated, controlled, reported, and corrected.
• Maintaining accurate records, including shift logs, reports, and daily variances.
• Adhering to site standards and procedures while actively participating in safety initiatives.

About You
