Job summary

Concentis in Northwest Queensland seeks an experienced operational leader to oversee copper SX/EW processing across multiple assets. Qualifications

• Experience in copper processing environments, ideally SX/EW operations.
• Strong background in hydrometallurgical processing systems.
• Experience in a Process Supervisor or similar operational leadership role.
• Understanding of heap leaching and electrowinning processes (preferred).
• Exposure to commissioning, troubleshooting, and process optimisation activities.
• Ability to support teams in achieving safe, stable, and consistent plant performance.
• Strong communication skills across operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safe and efficient SX/EW processing operations
• Monitor plant performance, recovery, throughput, and operational stability
• Provide process guidance and support to production and metallurgical teams
• Identify and implement process improvements and optimisation opportunities
• Support metallurgical reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking
• Assist with commissioning activities, plant upgrades, and improvement projects
• Coach and develop operators and frontline processing personnel
• Collaborate with site leadership and key operational stakeholders to achieve production objectives
