Job summary

Evolution Mining’s Cowal Gold Operations in New South Wales is seeking a Process Operator for a residential 7/7 roster based in West Wyalong. You’ll gain exposure to crushing, grinding, flotation, leaching and control room operations while helping deliver safe, reliable gold production.

Reporting to the Mill Supervisor, you’ll monitor plant performance, respond to deviations, maintain logs and handovers, and contribute to continuous safety and efficiency improvements within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a processing plant, mining or heavy industry environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational discipline.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring process performance and responding to operational issues.
• Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to prioritise work, make sound operational decisions and follow procedures.
• Australian Driver’s Licence.

This is a residential opportunity based in West Wyalong, NSW, offering a family friendly 7/7 roster. Whether you’re an experienced Process Operator or looking to further develop your processing career, you’ll gain exposure across crushing, grinding, flotation, leaching and control room operations while working in a supportive team environment.

Working as part of a highly skilled Processing team, you’ll build broad operational capability while contributing to a safe and high-performing operation.
