As an Ancillary Operator within our Open Cut Mining team, you will play a key role in safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, graders and water carts to help achieve daily and weekly production targets. Working as part of a high‑performing crew, you’ll complete tasks to required design tolerances, utilise Minestar GPS systems, and ensure all logs and documentation are accurately maintained.

You are an experienced operator with at least eighteen months’ open‑pit mining or quarry production experience. You are safety-focused, adaptable, and work well in a team environment.
