Job summary

Tacticall Recruitment is partnering with a global leader in climbing equipment and storage solutions to hire a proactive Customer Service Specialist for their Brisbane call centre. This permanent role offers an immediate start with a salary around $75,000 plus super and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centre roles (inbound and outbound).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to discuss pricing, promotions and commercial opportunities.
• Proactive outbound calling and customer engagement.
• Well-organised with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret sales data and turn insights into action.
• Experience with CRM systems and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and enquiries with high service levels.
• Inform customers about pricing, promotions and product offers.
• Build and maintain relationships through follow-up and engagement.
• Increase coverage across regional accounts with outbound contact.
• Provide accurate information on orders, pricing, availability and delivery.
• Prepare quotes, sales campaigns and follow-up activities.
• Maintain CRM customer/activity records.
• Monitor customer activity and identify follow-up opportunities.
• Support Sales Representatives and Account Managers to grow accounts.
