Job summary

Viatek in Victoria is seeking a printer and photocopier technician to service, repair and support a wide range of devices for our regional customers. The role blends on-site customer visits with remote help-desk support, requiring strong problem solving and excellent customer service.

You'll join a mentorship-focused team across 21 locations, with structured onboarding, manufacturer training, and ongoing development to keep you up to date with the latest technology.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing, repairing, installing or maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Technically minded with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage your own day.
• Willing to travel to customer locations across the region.
• Organised, reliable and take pride in delivering quality work.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology.
• Willing to undertake ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and support printers, photocopiers and production devices.
• Diagnose issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Work on-site at customer locations and remotely through our Remote Support Help Desk.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Travel to customer locations across the region.
