Job summary

Viatek is seeking a Printer & Photocopier Service Technician to service, maintain and support printers, photocopiers and production devices across our customer base in Mildura VIC. The role offers relocation opportunities and a mix of on-site and remote support from our Help Desk.

Ideal candidates will have experience in mechanical equipment, strong customer service, and a willingness to undertake ongoing training and development. Travel to customer locations across the region is required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and support printers, photocopiers and production devices across our customer base
• Work on-site and remotely via Remote Support Help Desk, diagnosing issues and delivering solutions
• Build lasting customer relationships and manage own day-to-day schedule while travelling to customer locations
