Job summary

Club Living is seeking a motivated print sales account manager to grow our advertiser base and build long-term client relationships. This hands-on role emphasizes new business development, identifying prospects, presenting opportunities and converting prospects into ongoing clients.

You’ll work with businesses, agencies and national brands across Sydney and the Central Coast, handling prospecting, proposals and bookings while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in media, advertising, B2B sales or account management.
• Confident and professional phone manner with a willingness to prospect for new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and capable of managing your own sales pipeline.
• Commercially minded and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Print, publishing or digital advertising experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach new advertising prospects via phone, email and other appropriate channels.
• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing advertisers.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate and close advertising bookings.
• Develop multi-edition and repeat advertising business.
• Maintain a healthy forward sales pipeline and follow up opportunities.
• Accurately maintain prospect, client and sales activity within the CRM.
• Coordinate advertising bookings and materials with the wider team where required.
• Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline and results.
• Achieve agreed revenue targets and drive growth.
