Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural) with postgraduate qualifications desirable.
• 10+ years’ experience in structural engineering with emphasis on advanced analysis.
• Experience in nonlinear analysis, seismic design and soil–structure interaction.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and international design codes.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, Perform-3D, STAAD.Pro, PLAXIS, SpaceGASS.
• Experience or interest in scripting and computational design via Python API.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical specialist in advanced structural analysis.
• Lead application of advanced analytical techniques for high‑risk projects across sectors.
• Provide independent technical assurance and review for complex designs.
• Translate analytical outputs into practical design recommendations for multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor engineers and uplift capability within the structural team.
