• Experience with risk engines – scoring, orchestration and integration.
• Payments or digital banking domain knowledge and fluency across both.
• Strong Java engineering with Python exposure for data-focused work.
• Systems-thinking mindset and proven end-to-end ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to influence technical direction across squads without silos.
• Fraud/FinCrime domain knowledge can be learned on the job.
