BOQ Group seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Crime Detection & Analytics to shape how we detect, prevent and respond to financial crime across AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud and scams. You will lead a multidisciplinary team at the intersection of strategy, analytics, risk and technology, protecting customers and the organisation.

• Experience in banking and financial services, with deep expertise in AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud and scams.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction monitoring, customer and payment screening, fraud and scam detection, and customer risk assessment.
• Oversee effectiveness of controls and uplift detection frameworks to identify emerging threats.
• Partner with executives, governance forums, vendors and industry partners to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
