Job summary

XPT Software Australia seeks a Principal Change Leader to drive change across RegistryConnect within ASIC. You will lead change management for large technology and regulatory programs, engaging internal teams and external users, and ensuring readiness and adoption across delivery streams.

You will implement robust change methodologies, build a champion network, and leave ASIC with a practical toolkit to sustain transformation impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large regulatory or technology-driven transformations.
• Proven track record with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong change management methodology knowledge.

• Set a practical change approach aligned to RegistryConnect delivery and ASIC corporate practice.
• Assess change impacts on ASIC staff, registry users (including directors in the Director ID linking campaign), intermediaries, support teams and BAU.
• Measure readiness before each release and advise on go or no go.
• Integrate change with product, delivery, legal, data and engineering teams.
• Leave ASIC with a change toolkit, champion network and trained change staff.

Essential:

change leadership on large technology or regulatory transformations with internal and external users; recognised change methodology.

Desirable:

Prosci or similar certification; government regulator or registry change.
