Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Principal Change Management Lead to oversee change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, adoption and transition planning across RegistryConnect on a contract basis in Australia.

The role reports to the Product and Business Engagement lead within the Communications and Change Management function and requires leadership across ASIC delivery teams, including product, delivery, legal and data engineering, to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead change management on large tech or regulatory transformations.
• Experience engaging internal and external stakeholders across multiple groups.
• Strong familiarity with change methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Set a practical change approach aligned to RegistryConnect delivery and ASIC corporate practice.
• Assess change impacts on staff, users including directors, intermediaries, and BAU teams.
• Measure readiness before each release and advise on go/no go decisions.
• Integrate change with product, delivery, legal, data and engineering teams.
• Leave ASIC with a change toolkit, champion network and trained change staff.

Job Description

Purpose: lead change strategy, stakeholderengagement, communications, readiness, adoption and transition planning acrossRegistryConnect.

Reports to: Product andBusiness Engagement lead (Communications and Change Management function).

Essential: change leadership on large technology or regulatory transformationswith internal and external users; recognised change methodology.

Desirable: Prosci or similar certification; government regulator or registry change.
