Job summary

XPT Software Australia PTY Ltd is seeking a Principal Change Management Lead (Citizen with Baseline) to drive the change strategy for RegistryConnect, engaging stakeholders and ensuring adoption across delivery teams. This role reports to the Product and Business Engagement lead and requires leading change on large technology or regulatory transformations.

Ability to assess change impacts on staff, registry users and BAU.
Ability to measure readiness and advise on go/no go decisions.
Experience integrating change with product, delivery, legal, data and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Set a practical change approach aligned to RegistryConnect delivery.
Assess change impacts on ASIC staff, registry users (including Directors in the Director ID linking campaign), intermediaries, support teams and BAU.
Measure readiness before each release and advise on go or no go.
Integrate change with product, delivery, legal, data and engineering teams.
Leave ASIC with a change toolkit, champion network and trained change staff.
