Job summary

Downer Energy & Utilities is hiring a Maintenance Scheduler for an 8-month contract in Western Australia. You will develop and maintain integrated project schedules, monitor progress, and provide data-driven reporting to support complex maintenance and brownfield projects.

Leveraging Primavera P6 expertise, you will identify schedule risks and support project teams with insights, interacting with operations, finance, procurement and controls teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance scheduling, planning or project controls within mining, oil & gas, energy, industrial or heavy industry environments.
• Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling capability with CPM and forecasting.
• Experience with EVM, schedule recovery planning and progress measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and maintenance.
• Monitor progress, perform schedule analysis and identify critical path risks and forecasting requirements.
• Manage earned value reporting including SPI, CPI, EV, PV and AC metrics.
• Produce weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards and analytics using Primavera P6, Power BI and Excel.
• Support project teams through resource planning, schedule reviews and client reporting.
