As Leader of Learning Support, you will supervise staff, coordinate personalised plans, collaborate with teachers and external providers, and ensure compliant documentation while supporting

Qualificações

• Understand and commit to Catholic education and its mission.
• Experience with students across K-6/7-12 with disabilities.
• Ability to work with school staff, CSO staff and external partners.
• Experience delivering professional learning for staff and parents.
• Ability to lead a team and manage programs.
• Use assessment data to determine adjustments.
• Prepare Personalised Plans and Learner Profiles for students with disabilities.
• Support enrolment and transitions.
• Knowledge of Disability legislation and NCCD.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Learning Support faculty and staff.
• Identify students with special needs and facilitate referrals.
• Deliver intervention, teach, and differentiate curriculum.
• Oversee plans (PP/LP) and align with curriculum.
• Coordinate documentation for privacy and disability obligations.
• Collaborate with staff for transitions and inclusion.
