Qualifications

• Understanding of NSW disability legislation and NCCD.
• Experience designing Personalised Plans and Learner Profiles.
• Ability to use student data to determine adjustments.
• Experience with enrolment and transition processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Learning Support staff and coordinate team activities.
• Identify students with disabilities and coordinate assessments with external providers.
• Deliver interventions and differentiate curriculum with teachers.
• Oversee design and monitoring of Personalised Plans and Learner Profiles.
• Collaborate with teachers to align adjustments with curriculum plans.
• Lead professional learning for staff and inform parents.
• Liaise with other schools during transitions.
• Prepare documentation under disability legislation and privacy rules.
• Collect evidence for NCCD inclusion.
• Develop inclusive learning environments and build staff capacity.
