Malek Fahd Islamic School invites a dedicated Islamic Studies Teacher to join its Greenacre Primary Campus. The role is part-time and focused on delivering engaging Islamic Studies lessons to primary students within MFIS’s Islamic education framework.

The successful candidate will develop lesson plans, foster a supportive learning environment, and contribute to students’ holistic development while aligning with MFIS values and stricter student protection standards.

Qualifications

• Formal Islamic Studies qualifications (Diploma, Graduate Certificate, Bachelor or Masters) are essential.
• A teaching degree is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to embed MFIS vision, values and pedagogy in lessons.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Teach Islamic Studies to primary students at Greenacre Primary Campus.
• Develop engaging, informative lesson plans aligned with school ethos.
• Foster a positive learning environment and holistic student development.
• Contribute to assessment planning and timely reporting.
