Job summary

Humanised Group in Brisbane is seeking a Technical Services & Presales Manager to lead a capable presales team within a growing managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity business. This is a strategic leadership role, not hands-on engineering.

You will drive governance, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Delivery, ensuring scalable processes, strong outcomes for customers, and alignment with the company’s growth agenda.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical, consulting or customer-facing teams.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence across technical, operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience improving processes, governance and operational maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Presales Consultants and mature the presales lifecycle.
• Strengthen partnership between Sales and Solution Delivery.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource forecasting.
• Drive governance, standardised processes and metrics for accountability.
• Support handover readiness and risk management across opportunities.
