GR Production Services in Brisbane CBD is seeking a Project Services Manager to lead the project services function across multiple projects. You will ensure accurate systems, processes and administrative support behind delivery, while guiding a growing team.

Reporting to the Finance and Commercial Manager, you will develop reports, dashboards and templates, drive process improvements and partner with PM, Finance, HR, IT and Commercial to support mobilisation through project close-out.

Formación

• 5+ years in business operations, project administration or corporate services in a project-based environment.
• 2+ years leading and developing a team across several projects or sites.
• Experience owning or administering business systems such as project management, document control or ERP platforms.
• Strong track record designing, documenting and improving business processes.
• Advanced skills with business software and reporting tools.
• A degree in business administration, project management or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project services function and set priorities, standards and accountabilities.
• Coach and grow a team across several projects, balancing workload as demands change.
• Own and administer core business systems supporting project delivery with data accuracy and access control.
• Develop reports and dashboards that provide reliable, timely information to managers.
• Contribute to project setup, administration, document control, invoicing support, and close-out.
• Partner with Project Managers, Finance, HR, IT and Commercial to support projects from mobilisation to demobilisation.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues affecting project administration.
