Job summary

Atturra is seeking a Presales Solution Architect (Network & Security) for its Managed Services division in Australia. The role designs and presents tailored managed services solutions, bridging customer needs with technical capabilities, and collaborating with sales, delivery and product teams.

You will lead technical presentations, respond to tenders, and guide architecture discussions to ensure scalable, secure proposals aligned with market standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Solutions Architect.
• Minimum 5 years involved with Managed Services.
• Experience with Cisco, HPE and Microsoft enterprise solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Proven track record in complex managed service projects.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end managed services solutions across infrastructure, cloud, network, security and workplace services.
• Lead pre-sales activities, presentations, workshops and discovery sessions with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare deliverable solutions and proposals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposals and technical delivery documentation.
