The ideal candidate has 2+ years in premium restaurants, strong leadership, and mentoring skills, and a commitment to hospitality. You should thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, work autonomously with respect for colleagues,

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role within premium restaurants.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine advantageous.
• Commitment, passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of BOH operations such as COGs, P&Ls and rostering.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Head Chef to deliver bold, produce-driven dishes.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen with a collaborative team.
• Uphold quality and creativity in dining experiences.
• Mentor junior chefs and supervise kitchen operations.
