Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a chef in casual or premium dining restaurants or wine bars.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and techniques advantageous.
• Commitment, passion and appreciation for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect, humility and kindness.
• Availability to work a rotating roster.
