Legends Global (Brisbane Stadium Management) Pty Ltd in Milton, QLD, seeks a Members & Hospitality Experience Specialist to drive day-to-day delivery of our Membership and Premium Hospitality programs at the venue.

You’ll be the front-line contact for enquiries, building strong relationships with members and clients while showcasing our membership and hospitality options. The role blends outstanding service with product knowledge and commercial awareness.

• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely, professional and personalised service across all customer interactions including on event days.
• Managing incoming enquiries from prospective and current clients, understanding their needs and helping find solutions for them.
• Building lasting relationships with our existing members and clients, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping them make the most of their membership or hospitality experience.
• Supporting membership and hospitality sales by providing informed recommendations, preparing proposals, following up on opportunities and guiding customers through the purchasing journey.
• Supporting member retention and loyalty through proactive communication, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Managing customer requests and resolving issues with professionalism, empathy and a focus on finding practical solutions.
• Working collaboratively across the stadium with your direct team, internal departments, Stadiums Queensland, Venue Hirers and O’Brien Group Australia (caterer) to ensure a seamless experience for our members and hospitality clients.
• Maintaining accurate customer information and administration, ensuring enquiries, opportunities and member interactions are managed effectively.
• Contributing to continuous improvement, identifying ways to enhance our service, strengthen relationships and improve the overall customer experience.
