Job summary

Eureka 89 in Melbourne, the iconic events and dining space atop Eureka Tower, is seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead front‑of‑house teams and deliver premium events and dining experiences. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive service standards, coach staff, develop people, and collaborate with kitchen, events and sales to create consistently memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience managing premium restaurant, dining or events teams.
• RSA Certificate, First Aid and CPR.
• Safe Food Handling certification.
• Ability to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor during service and set premium hospitality standards.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team with a positive culture.
• Drive venue performance in partnership with the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with kitchen, events and sales to deliver seamless experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring service, compliance and presentation.
