Qualifikationen

• 2 years as a food and beverage specialist in a team leader or supervisor role.
• Restaurant and bar experience welcomed.
• Hands-on collaborative leadership style.
• Organised, accountable and self-motivated.
• Great eye for detail and personal brand that leads from the front.

Aufgaben

• Executing exemplary guest experiences on event day with ownership over the delivery of food and beverage service on the floor.
• Leadership and supervision of the wait staff team, ensuring the team deliver exceptional experiences at every stage of the guests journey.
• Passion for product. Support the kitchen and front of house teams to deliver consistency around all aspects of food and beverage.
• Promoting a healthy working environment for the team – enjoyable, educational, results focused and respectful.
• Strong attention to detail and maintenance of venue presentation - every little detail matters
