Harmony Auto, representing leading EV brands, seeks a Service Advisor for the DENZA Port Melbourne Service Centre. You will be the primary contact for customers, guiding them through service journeys and coordinating with the workshop team to ensure smooth operations.

Join a premium EV brand, deliver exceptional aftersales, manage bookings and service recommendations, and maintain accurate service records using dealer management systems. Australian licence required.

Formación

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Good computer skills and experience using dealership management systems is preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and manage service bookings, enquiries and vehicle drop-offs.
• Provide professional advice on servicing, repairs and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare repair orders, service estimates and customer documentation.
• Liaise with technicians to monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate vehicle collections and ensure timely completion of service work.
• Process warranty claims and service-related documentation where required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate service records using dealership management systems.
• Work closely with the Service Manager and workshop team to ensure efficient daily operations.
