Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused candidate with experience in premium dining.

• Able to manage bookings, seating plans and coordinate with the floor team.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and seating allocations to optimise guest flow.
• Coordinate with the floor team to ensure seamless service.
• Welcome and orient guests, setting a positive tone from entry to departure.
