Job summary

Shell House, part of The Point hospitality group in Sydney, is seeking a warm, energetic Host to join our fabulous team. You’ll be the welcoming face of Shell House, greeting guests and guiding them to seats with a smile.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, answering guest enquiries, and working closely with floor and management to create an exceptional arrival experience. The role requires evenings and Saturdays, and offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic, supportive team

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience required.
• Be confident, friendly and well-presented.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.

Responsibilities
