Job summary

Solotel is seeking an experienced sommelier for our high-end restaurant portfolio in Sydney. You will elevate guest experiences with expert wine, spirits and beverage knowledge, across a diverse 12-venue portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in premium dining, a passion for guest moments, and a strong grasp of service sequences. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 plus super, commensurate with experience.

What are we looking for?

We’re seeking experienced Sommelier’s with a strong track record in premium & fine dining and a passion for wine, to elevate guest experiences and ensure service excellence across our high-end restaurant portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2+ years experience working as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier within fine dining or premium dining restaurants
• A passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments for our guests
• Deep knowledge of Wine, Spirits and Beverage
• Thorough understanding of Restaurant Sequence of Service and daily operations
• WSET 2, WSET 3 or Court of Masters Qualification

Salary

$75,000 - $95,000 + super - negotiable depending on experience.
