Job summary

GPT Group is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) at 530 Collins Street in Melbourne. You will lead and deliver the customer solutions strategy for the asset, acting as the primary contact for tenant and venue services to ensure premium presentation and service standards.

Collaborating with Property Operations, Marketing & Customer Experience, and Flexible Workspace Solutions, you will drive events, engagement programs and a best-in-class concierge experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer service, placemaking, marketing or events management.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or event management (desirable).
• Confident communicator with strong relationships across tenants, stakeholders and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the asset's primary point of contact for tenant queries and customer activities.
• Enhance service performance and customer journey to foster loyalty.
• Manage customer forums, events, onboarding communications and the property website.
