Job summary

IG Group is seeking a Premium Client Manager for Emerging Markets to grow and service a portfolio of high-value clients across Melbourne, Sydney and Singapore. The role focuses on sourcing new clients, building genuine relationships and connecting clients with analysts to add value to their trading experience.

You will manage a small book of high-value clients, drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and participate in face-to-face meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client management, premium service, or broking/sales roles.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English with ability to manage complex client conversations.
• Knowledge of CFDs, margin trading and related financial products.
• Experience in consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
• Proven ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive own-source acquisition of new high-value clients with a healthy pipeline.
• Provide proactive service to a small book of managed clients and our high-value non-managed base.
• Manage a small client book and identify commercial opportunities to maximise value.
• Attend meetings and client events, tailoring content to client tiers and connecting with analysts.
• Execute live market dealing and trade execution for clients, with desk support and admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, meetings and agreements in Salesforce.
