Miele is seeking a Sales Consultant for its Experience Centre in Australia. You will guide customers through their purchasing journey with expert product advice, showcasing quality and performance that define the Miele brand.

This role goes beyond traditional retail, focusing on lasting customer relationships and memorable experiences. You will deliver personalised product recommendations, build relationships from enquiry to purchase, demonstrate features, and help customers decide on products

What We Are Looking For

Must-have

Previous experience in retail, customer service or consultative sales

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to achieve sales targets

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice-to-have

Experience within premium retail, appliances, furniture, kitchens, interiors or luxury brands

Experience working with CRM or point-of-sale systems

Passion for home design, cooking or premium lifestyle products
