Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalised product advice and consultative sales solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and guide customers through the entire sales journey from enquiry to purchase.
• Demonstrate Miele products and their features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining Miele's premium customer service standards.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation throughout the Experience Centre, ensuring products and displays are showcased at their best.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience and support store operations.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training and development.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience and support store operations
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training and development

What We Are Looking For

Must-have

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or consultative sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to achieve sales targets
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice-to-have

• Experience within premium retail, appliances, furniture, kitchens, interiors or luxury brands
• Experience working with CRM or point-of-sale systems
• Passion for home design, cooking or premium lifestyle products
