Job summary

CommBank is seeking an experienced Premier Banking Relationship Manager in Sydney. You will own a portfolio of high net worth customers, coordinating lending, deposits and specialist support to deliver a highly personalised experience.

You will build deep client relationships, anticipate needs, and leverage a strong technology-enabled platform to serve customers across lending and deposits with a proactive, long-term focus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of Premier or Private Banking customers.
• Ability to structure complex home and investment lending.
• Strong focus on delivering a high-quality, personalised customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen trusted, long-term relationships with Premier clients.
• Manage customers across lending, deposits and everyday banking.
• Structure and support complex home and investment lending, maintaining ownership throughout the journey.
• Conduct financial health checks using portfolio insights to identify opportunities.
• Grow and retain deposits while guiding customers across their overall banking relationship.
• Proactively manage the portfolio with regular client contact.
• Attract new Premier customers through referrals and networks.
• Collaborate with specialists to connect customers with expert guidance.
