Job summary

CommBank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for Premier Banking in Sydney. You will own a portfolio of high net worth customers, delivering a personalised experience by coordinating lending, deposits and specialist expertise.

You will build long-term relationships, understand each client's financial picture, and connect them with the right solutions and specialists to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of customers in Premier or Private Banking, or strong Home Lending background.
• Ability to structure complex home and investment lending with confidence.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering personalised service and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen trusted, long-term relationships by understanding each customer's financial position, priorities and goals.
• Manage customers across lending, deposits, everyday banking and broader financial needs.
• Structure and support complex home and investment lending, maintaining ownership throughout the customer journey.
• Conduct quality financial health checks, using portfolio insights to identify opportunities.
• Grow and retain deposits while helping customers make informed decisions about their banking relationship.
• Proactively manage portfolio through regular contact and referrals to Premier services.
