Job summary

Marble Group is seeking an experienced Pre‑Site Coordinator in Queensland to manage the client journey from sales acceptance through to construction commencement. You will coordinate permits, approvals and documentation, while ensuring accurate records and contract compliance.

The role requires handling multiple projects with minimal supervision in a busy residential construction environment. Hybrid work options are available, with a modern office setting and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a Pre‑Site Coordinator or similar role within residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end pre-construction process including permits and approvals.
• Experience using ClickHome or comparable residential construction software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple pre-site files and maintain accurate project records.
• Coordinate permit applications, council approvals and related documentation.
• Ensure all pre-construction conditions and contract requirements are met.
• Liaise with clients via phone, email and in‑person interactions.
• Record and manage client communications throughout the pre-site process.
• Keep projects on schedule by following up on milestones and approvals.
• Monitor land settlements and maintain information in internal systems.
• Proactively resolve issues with developers to minimise delays.
